The dishes that we prepare have been taken from traditional recepies, revisited in a creative way, made easy for you, so you may prepare them yourselves.
We start with the theory, to be followed by en enjoyable phase of preparation and tasting.
DAYS AVAILABLE: Monday- Wednesday-Thursday
Timeframe: from 10.30 to 13.30 hrs
To register for the course you have to book and send us an advance payment. If you decide to not come to the course, you will have to advice at least 48 hours before the start of the course. When later, the advance payment will be retained. Participants are obliged to inform us of any allergies and/or severe intollerances. Our classes are for everybody; there are no limits of age or extraction. You only need the desire and willpower to learn with curiosity towards tradition, uses and customs that have been handed on for centuries.
The course lasts 4 hours. The price includes: Recipes to take home - Apron - Lunch (with the dishes prepared during the course) inclusive of drinks (wine, water, Coffee)
